About

Product leadership grounded in research and shipped outcomes

Two decades across healthcare and retail UX with Optum, UnitedHealthcare, BCBS of MN, Best Buy and Target. I am currently leading Product, UX, and Engineering on a care delivery platform for nurses and a patient experience called Clinic@Home. Focus is on building Neuro Interface Design which cuts through the digital cognative overload and supports professionals in prioritizing care priorities with ease. CUA-certified in human factors with a formal design education.
